Probably...On the paperwork that came with the offering they may extend the offer into next month.
The chart showed this was coming however>

I like anything that Gabelli manages, I have never, ever lost a dime riding with him.

At any rate, utilities are as base as you can get.
And last I checked, people luv their power, phone, cable, natgas...Lol.
