Can't know that without knowing how she is dressed, really, can one? If she doesn't stick out like a sore thumb, then there is no problem, and the groom's mother is an idiot. If she looks like she is a bag lady, there is a problem, and the groom's mother has reason to complain. If I had known that we were making assumptions that guaranteed that the mother was in the wrong, I would have done something more constructive.......
