why does that same argument not apply to Saddam Hussein? Because no consensus was sought nor obtained and because nobody in Iraq was asking us to butt in. Junior never thought about human rights until he couldn't find his yellowcake, and smallpox, and VX. Bosnia is a good model of how a real elected President conducts foriegn policy.
