Thanks for the Hudson Institute piece on organic foods. I'll read it and check with my local authority on organic foods. But I'm skeptical. The Hudson Institute was founded as a conservative think tank and its various reincarnations have continued that. It includes such stalwarts on its board as Richard Perle and trustee emiriti as Dan Quayle, Ken Duberstein, Don Kagan, and the like. So I assume it's heavily funded by the industry.
