Look Kerry is too afraid to say and do what has to be done to correct the mess this country is in. Dean isn't. He strikes me as very much a pragmatist which is the anti Bush who allows ideology to trump common sense. Fact is we should have a National health care system as good as Vermonts. Fact is we shouldn't have gone into Iraq to fight a phantom menace. Fact is we are losing jobs at a frightening rate in a large part to to offshoring while executives who cut jobs here are rewarded for cost cutting with big bonuses and appreciating stock options and then we go ahead and cut their taxes. Want to cheapen the cost of drugs then have a unified health plan in this country and extend patent protection in exchange for lower prices. Kerry can give a great speech but Dean is much more blunt and on target. The American people want straight talkers today who puts people ahead of corporate interest in decision making. No one else is getting that message out. He is fiscally conservative and socially liberal which is what most of this nation is.
