I'll parse it even further for you.

"... Public Law 107-243 is consistent with the United States and other countries continuing to take the necessary actions against international terrorists and terrorist organizations, ...". And yes, he said it was consistent with our actions in Afghanistan.

EVEN THOUGH HE MENTIONED THE 9/11 ATTACK, HE DIDN'T STATE INVADING IRAQ WAS AN ACTION AGAINST THE 9/11 TERRORISTS.

Let's check out your reading comprehension. In the above sentence, I wrote the words "state" and "Iraq". Do you conclude that I'm advocating statehood for Iraq?
