9/11 was seen as a success by radical Islamic anti-American groups and individuals. If we did nothing it would inspire more of attacks then any reasonable military response would. It is similar in other cases of terrorism, even if their "sucesses" are less dramatic. Please, don't confuse the issues. Attacking Iraq has nothing to do with 9/11. ted
