Oh really? Read it again, for the fifth time:

"Public Law 107-243 is consistent with the United States and other countries continuing to take the necessary actions against international terrorists and terrorist organizations..."

Iraq was a terrorist nation, harboring terrorists. Saddam's regime was a terrorist organization. That's what was said, written and understood by everyone except you, who somehow feels that Iraq's sovereignty absolves it from terrorism.

Ridiculous.
