Iraq being a generic terrorist state was NOT mentioned in the letter The phrase "terrorists and terrorist organizations..." does not refer to a nation sponsoring them. Saddam's regime was a terrorist organization. Okay, that is what I was asking - if you believe Bush was referring to the sovereign nation of Iraq as a "terrorist organization". Thanks. Tom
