Sorry, but if you want to pretend I've said the vote in Florida was re-counted statewide(it certainly was partly re-counted), you are just plain talking out of your ass. I do recall quite well that the type of recounting requested by Gore's Lawyers was indeed rejected 7-2 by the Supreme Court(and it should have been 9-0, plainly, IMO). Gore asked for this plainly unconstitutional type of count(insisted the re-count should only be done in counties that he thought would add to his numbers, and none of the ones he believed would add to Bush's numbers) because he couldn't possibly have won any other way. If you post what his lawyers asked for, you will prove my case. If you post from the 7-2 part of the Supreme Court decision, you will prove my case. So go ahead and make meaningless cracks about "althimers" instead. Dan B.
