Harris has discovered that Diebold's voting software is so flawed that anyone with access to the system's computer can change the votes without leaving any record.

I guess whoever has a key to the trap door in the machines can put in whatever outcome they want. Will it be right wing result put in by the nasty old manufacturer, or a left wing one put in by his employees? TWT. :>)
