This is great!!!

story.news.yahoo.com

<<<Bremer said authorities determined the suspects' al-Qaida links through interrogations and documents the suspects
were carrying.>>>

I suppose if you torture someone long enough, they'll say just about anything, but what about these "documents" identifying them as al Qaida? Is there like a "Klub Kyda" membership card, or an OBL Platinum Visa?

<<<He said he did not know what countries they came from.>>>

We don't have a fuzzy clue where they came from but we are sure they're terrorists? And of course they were able to torture their terrorist connections out of them but couldn't get them to give up their zip codes?

<<<The largest number of foreign fighters — 123 of the 248 — came from Syria, Bremer said. The next-highest numbers came from Iran and Yemen, he said, adding he did not have precise figures for those countries. The flow of terrorist fighters into Iraq is the biggest obstacle to the peaceful reconstruction of the country, Bremer said.>>>

Golly, I guess we'd better send another 130,000 GIs to Iraq in case another 248 terrorists show up. Ain't it amazing how few militants it takes to completely baffle a half trillion dollar a year military machine? That's blanking incredible. Truly it is. 26 million Iraqis can hardly wait for democracy American style and it only takes 248 guys to mess things up for everyone!

<<<Ansar has regrouped and re-entered Iraq with perhaps several hundred members, he said. "They're a very dangerous group," he said.>>>

Sheesh! They must be Superman, Batman, The Green Hornet and Steven Segal all rolled into one! I guess we can't expect a halfwit like Bremer to take on several hundred super human Arabs with only 130,000 real Americans to help him out.

Do people really fall for this kind of horse manure? Or are members of the Bush Cartel so coked up they've become incoherent?
