Back from the Greek Fest. I haven't seen the postings on FR that you reference, but as we both know, FR has more than its fair share of loony-tunes.

I agree that the suggestion that people who don't have HLA DR46 should not worry about SARS is unsupported by the facts. I don't really see how the factoid can be useful at all in the short run.
