Look gang, CEPH has two chances of gettting the FDA to overide the panal. Slim and none, and slim just left town. As I have posted before, I have talked to a key executive in the same area of research as CEPH about the likleyhood of an overide by the FDA. He laughed at me outloud! No WAY! NO HOW! Better look for a place to exit this pig stock. Look at the earnings or should I say losses. They expect to lose 76,000,000 in 1997 they only had 119,000,000 at the start of 1997 in cash and equivilents. They are going to run out of cash in the first quarter of 1998! The only hope is a secondary offering or a large private placement under the market. Both will crush the stock price. Hedge
