R&R is a wonderful morale booster for troops and families and a well-deserved break after working 24/7 for six months.

I saw a "History" program yesterday on Sex during WWI. The French were upset because of the declining birthrate caused by the fact that none of their troops had been on leave.

So the very openly put in a "Sex leave" to allow the troops to go home and Father some children.
