Henry, surely a super-spreader is just a person who sneezes a lot and lets the droplets fly freely into the atmosphere.

When I have a cold, sometimes I might be sneezing away. Other times I might hide in bed and just catch the drips as they fall and barely sneeze. Presumably similar behavioural differences would be sufficient to explain the difference between super spreaders and low productivity spreaders.

Inhaling lots of droplets from sneezes must dramatically increase the chance of getting sick.
