More of the same with apologies. In the past year; Gold is up 19% The Canadian dollar is up 17% S&P 500 is up 17% Copper is up 20% The Dow is up 16% Doesn't this suggest that the only significant change has been in the value of the US$, that these assets are NOT up, it is simply the US$ that is down ! Does that make the US$ (cash) a safe haven, or are people just betting that the US$ will make a significant technical rebound here ? I sure wouldn't want to bet on that horse. Would you ?
