No, but I think Bush has left himself wide open for this criticism by going along with some of these horrible spending bills (you know the ones -- the farm bill and the education bill). I think he actually thought he could deal with Ted Kennedy the way he did with Bob Bullock -- be fair with him, and he'll be fair with you. A hard lesson learned, if you ask me.
