The Housing Authority of the City of Decatur Georgia, Installs and Develops IVR Application, with iVoice's IVR Application Generator Tool

The Housing Authority of the City of Decatur Georgia provides both public housing and Section 8 housing to residents of the city of Decatur. Applicants for housing are placed on a waiting lists based on certain criteria. The waiting list presently has approximately 7000 applicants. The iVoice IVR application is used to allow applicants to call in and discover what their position is on several lists, simply by dialing in their Social Security Number. An access database is also used to maintain a record of all the calls received.
