highly unethical at best. you are saying it's unethical to give to charity? I'll have to go with TAW and agree you've lost the little semblance of reasoning you may have started with. It's in a charitable trust he has resigned all rights to and all possible tax benefits. If you have proof otherwise fine. If not you are merely casting aspersions as per usual and ad nauseum. The pay he chose to defer could have been taken in a lump sum before he became VEEP. That would have been OK with you, right? So what's the big deal if it comes out in 4 or 5 payments. You're reasoning here has failed the light of day.
