Stimulating innovation is what carries us to new economic heights and higher stock markets, not tax cuts.

There is no evidence that the changes Reagan made had any affect at all on the economy except to put us into recession. His "trickle down economics" was a dismal failure.

The internet revolution boosted the economy and Reagan had NOTHING to do with that.
