I'm not negative on Greystar. I think they have some good people and some great properties. They are, however, in the wrong country as Colombia has yet to hit bottom and may not for a long time. I can't see how a junior company can do a legitimate exploration or development there. And, I belive Colombia has incredible potential, just not now. It's just a sympathy move. Are you at breakeven? Doubtful.
