but it's not immediately apparent to me why banning one and not the other is a violation. Equal protection violation, apparently. If Congress would authorize the FTC to hobble together a do not call list for charities and whatnot to be operated parrallel to the commercial one, the problem would probably be resolved. I just wish the list would get implemented, pronto. I hate the bastards calling me all the time. Derek
