This is a Disneyland of fraud for Bush & Co. Here's what they have in mind:

1) Skim from as much of the $200 billion currently being spent on the war and reconstruction. Make things look as bad as possible to make these contracts as big as possible. Let some sabateurs destroy a few things along the way. If the UN comes in to do some bean-counting, kill them and blame the Iraqis.

2) Take "responsibility" for the other $200 billion in foreign Iraqi debt, take over oil revenues, make stink and settle the debt for $50 billion and keep the difference. Anyone trying to track the sleight of hand gets killed.

3) To keep the charade going for a few more years, suddenly discover "WMD"s that are being placed there since Rumsfeld's trip two weeks ago to Takrit. Do this in October of next year to be sure there's not enough time for the fraud to be detected before the election.
