This blogger doesn't strike me as terribly up on Washington. Why leak to Novak? Because Novak has high credibility and because he is read. Widely. Why else? What about Marshall's argument that the "senior administration official" who said two White House officials had called at least six journalists was Tenet? Looks like this one will be interesting.
