All very correct. I just wonder what the next problem is:
Number of hedge funds now vs 87...many more derivatives now vs 87. Just like the program trading and portfolio insurance...no one at the time saw them as a catalyst for a crash. Again, not calling for a crash. Fundamentals don't even match. Just see equity and bond trading patterns similar to that period of time.
