This gives a simple explanation of who the commercials, and specs are. investment-tools.com Mostly COT readings don't mean much, but as an intermediate trading tool, I definitely take note on extremes. Right now we have an extreme, and it makes me even more constructive towards energy. What exactly these guys are thinking I can only guess.
