What impressed me is the low level work they are planning and putting in place.

I agree. That's expensive stuff, though. So that's what I meant by money.

Once we get much closer to the election, it will be fun to start focusing on the critical states and the various strategies. I expect it to be fairly complex stuff, that is different strategies for different groups. So to appreciate it, one will almost need Bill Clinton's fabled ability to talk about tipping points in any precinct in the US.

Though, back to the article, it's also important to remember any time either side tells the press it's story, the strategy of what to tell is as important as whether or not they do they do what they tell the press.
