Apparently, the only reason not to just sell the stock and remove the conflict is to save on taxes. If so, it is rather an unstately act for a Vice President of the United States. To maintain even an appearance of conflict of interest in order to save money on his taxes. And that, after his $40 million payout, while this administration attempts to criticize excess executive pay packages.

They talk the talk but can't walk the walk.
