Here are a couple of in-depth articles about Jindal, one written when he was 25 and had taken over the La. Dep't of Health and Hospitals, a State agency that was rife with waste and fraud. At one point, it was a $800 million black hole in the state budget. He left it two years later with a $200 million surplus. The other is more recent, focusing on the present campaign.
