The Supreme Court did not address the fact that 60,000 black voters were purged from the rolls in Florida.

The Supreme Court did not address the fact that the ballot in Palm Beach was improperly designed, leading to an additional 3,000 votes that would have been cast for Gore going to Pat Buchanan.

The Supreme Court did not address the fact the military votes were counted incorrectly. Had those ballots that had been postmarked after the election, or even postmarked in the United States been rejected, according to the law, Gore would have won.

This is all before the issues of antiquated voting machines, which were used primarily in areas of poor and black voters, are even taken into account.

The Supreme Court never addressed any of these questions, they simply selected GWB as the 43rd President.
