Here's a recent disclosure from Greystar. Is this the level of comfort you want? "Previously the Company announced that it is awaiting the implementation of certain safety and security measures by various Colombian agencies. The Colombian government announced the planned establishment of a series of fully manned installations in the Department of Santander. One, in particular, is key to the security of the Angostura area and was completed during the Second Quarter. Also the deployment of “peasant troops” in the villages near the Angostura Project began about the same time. These and other government measures have been planned since the inauguration of President Alvaro Uribe in August of 2002. It is anticipated that occupation of the manned installation will provide sufficient security for Greystar to start Phase 1 in early July."
