Re: When are the authorities and eBay going to make sure this kind of fraud can not happen again? You're way off base here to blame eBay for this, IMHO. Had you gotten this on a printed page via snail mail from some scammer, would you blame eBay for it? Or the Post Office? or the scammer who sent it? I'm frustrated by these various abusers too, but being upset with eBay (who is also an innocent victim of the scammer) isn't productive. Bill
