Is every routine memo from the CIA to another agency asking for anything usually signed by the DCI or his acting? If anyone had a clue they would know that anything dealing with any kind of official request is required by law to be signed by some legal representative of the requesting agency. On this kind of question I would expect it to be from the DCI.

And all the crap in the press and the loopy dems means there is the appearance of a problem. In such grave matters an inquiry must be made even if they are stupid, as stupid all all the hate the President attackers.

And it was all started with a lie by a hater of the President.
