"Bill Clinton had 3 chances in the past to catch/persecute Osama but turned them all down. Even when Sudan was willing to turn Bin Lauden over to America in 1995, he still didn't persecute him. Why? Because the Clinton administration stripped the FBI and CIA of all of their powers. We didn't have enough intelligence to dig up evidence so Clinton let him go. Thanks alot, President "Wandering Weeny"!
