But the main thing is that she was old enough to make a choice and bear the consequences......... The report stated that only 4 to 8 percent ever make the report. It appears that your statement would support reasons for not reporting. Is it your position that a young girl visiting a massage therapist is in the position to ..."make the choice and bear the consequences..." Seems to be contradictory to the position presented earlier regarding the profession.
