Your soup sounds very similar to the salsa I make in the processor. A can of diced tomatoes, green pepper, chopped onion, garlic, a jalapeno, cilantro (lots, I LOVE cilantro)salt, pepper.
So if I throw in sour cream, I would have soup!
It sounds delicious. Although not very dietary.
