Good buying volume last 15 minutes. Interesting to see if this is just end of qtr window dressing or if this carries WELL into next month. NOC chart looks quite good. I extended Bollinger Bands on it, and the price hit the lower band a few days ago and started the move up...technically a bullish sign IMHO.
