Boy buddy being so wrong on the CIA loopy story has you all upset. Identification is a very reasonable concept as well as literacy. Every form of voting requires some form of literacy to count the intent of a voter. I don't have a solution on to how to count accurately the vote of a person who cannot read the ballot or the information on a computer screen. Every proposed solution requires reading ability.
