Until you "genuinely address" the fact that you stated that "money from the federal government to the states has declined" (and supply a supporting link) how can there be a good analysis? You lay the burden of proof out quite a lot for someone who consistently fails to meet it. Paying attention to the details in order to ignore the truth must have several chapters dedicated to it in the propagandist's handbook. Fyi - Novak just denied that anyone in the Bush administration was the source of the Wilson piece... looks like another one of those irksome truths to be ignored.
