Re: "Cheney seems to believe he is above the law." No he doesn't. All Haliburton matters he's dealt with, were resolved by actions he took before he took the oath of office. Re: "Why did he tell us we HAD to build 1300 new power plants and that conservation would never work?" If he did he was probably right. Conservation is not the ideal, when the house is cold. But if he said we had to build plants making use of tax subsidies to power companies, he'd be just another bureaucratic ass meddling where government doesn't belong. Re: "Why does he still keep repeating the debunked story about Mohammed Atta in Prague?" Sorry, but I have to point out that that story is not debunked at all. No one has presented evidence that it is not true, and so far as I know the single man who testified to it stands by his testimony(he may well be honest and correct, from all we know). Dan B
