Maybe. All that was revealed concerning Atta's whereabouts is that a record of him flying out of the U.s. and back hasn't been discovered. Hence, by all accounts the testimony that Atta was there has most definitely not been debunked. Read YOUR sources again(closely), and you will know I speak the truth.

Indisputably false. Cheney "has" options which he ensured he can't benefit from, and he ensured that would be the case before taking office. There have been no options found to be in his "possession" which he failed to take appropriate action upon before he took office.
