Clinton proved that NEW Democrats know how to manage an economy. Bush had no theories but the old Voodoo Economics. He forget that his Dad had four years of recession and had to raise taxes to pay off the RR deficits becuse of Trickle-Down's failures. Plumb forgot it. And you guys went right along with it out of pure party loyalty.

Common sense says you have to tak it what you spend. You're demonizing Grey davis for doing 1/40th of what Bush has done. Dont be hypocritical. Taxes are necessary and not always a bad thing. Sometimes they create booms. The markets love balanced books and a strong dollar.
