I know, I know, you want to give a percentage cut to everyone but the rich. If they get an equal percentage cut on income taxes as everyone else, you call it a tax-cut for only them. Swell. It is the taxation paying for more government which Democrats and Republicans alike keep promising will help, without effective result, which amounts to the perpetual successful atttempt to buy votes.
