Wow, coffee in the harbour. What about the Environmental Protection Agency, the Marine Protection Act, local authority waste disposal permits, Pollution Control Authority and all the others? That must be a federal crime in the USA with punishment of $billions and years in the slammer. The land of the free and home of the brave doesn't mean people can just tip coffee any old place. Coffee is so poisonous, I'm surprised it hasn't been on the illegal drugs register and the war on drugs expanded to include it. It's an insidious drug which is a gateway drug. First it's coffee, then harder drugs.
