don't know joe....maybe they're not getting the business with CSCO that they once were and they're sweating it. don't want to speculate, but i'm sure there are only so many companies that are in the same space that could possibly be interested in a merger. kind of a bizarre statement...how do they increase liquidity if they do a special dividend to shareholders?
