On September 22, AO MOSENEREGO will start trial heat supply 15.09.2003 ã. Next Monday, AO MOSENERGO will turn on central heating to test the system. First, the heating will be turned on in orphanages, kindergartens, schools, medical institutions and other public-care institutions. After that, AO MOSENERGO will turn on heat in residential buildings, and finally – at administrative and industrial facilities. The testing will take 8 – 10 days. During that time the company will check the system for possible failures. The final decision to start the heating season is taken by the Moscow government. Usually, it happens when the average daily temperature does not exceed +8?C for three to four days.
