He is for big Government and big taxes, so was Carl Marx whereby the Government couldn't get any bigger and taxes were simply confiscation of all property. I think T. Kennedy would agree with Carl Marx, as long as T. Kennedy being part of Big Government, gets to keep all his money and property, which is what you saw in the USSR and see today in China.
