I think the point of posting that quote was that the foresight of Bush I was better, since he has pretty clearly defined the situation Bush II finds himself in these days.

hind site is always 20/20.

Hindsight is said to be 20/20. Looking at Bush II's speech at the UN the other day, I doubted that saying.
