Haim, you are obviously American. I know. Because I am one also. We have the American virus. By that, I mean for some strange reason, we strongly believe we have the answer to other people's problems while we know next to nothing about the subject. Furthermore, we are not afraid to act on our ignorance, evidenced by Vietnam, Korea, Iraq. China, if you have not been there, is hell of a place to visit, repeatedly. In all my travels, I have never seen a country that is transforming so quickly. Their problems are massive and their infrastructure weak. As a student of economics, I think what they have accomplished in such a short time is damn close to a miracle. Instead of telling them what to do, it is probably far more advisable to let them deal with their own problems. I can do a Jay Chen style point by point rebuttal of your post but I believe your post is too sophomoric to start a debate with. I do not mean to be offensive but you need a little more knowledge on this subject.
